The property management operations department of Manhattan Alliance ® manages the day-to-day operation of Manhattan Alliance's portfolio of properties. The team is responsible for the management and operation of several commercial properties, shopping centers, and office/industrial buildings.
Manhattan Alliance’s in-house property management services include asset management, maintaining and improving the portfolio’s assets, controlling costs, retaining tenants and working with Leasing to drive occupancy, construct and deliver tenant spaces.
